Linda Ing

Linda Ing is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards and HR services. Currently serving as the Senior Manager, Total Rewards at MLSE since November 2022, Linda leads the research, design, and monitoring of various reward programs including compensation and benefits. Prior to this role, Linda spent nearly a decade at Canada Goose Inc. as Senior Manager, HR Services, where responsibilities included the design and administration of international benefit and retirement plans, project management, and process improvement. Additionally, Linda held the position of HR Generalist at Levi Strauss & Co. and worked as an HR Coordinator at Ingram Micro. Linda holds a degree from the University of Toronto.
