Chad Adams is a seasoned Systems and Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) within the Marine Corps. Currently serving as the DMSMS Lead at MLT Systems since April 2018, Chad previously held similar roles at SURVICE Engineering and Engility Corporation, focusing on sustainment engineering and integration of advanced vehicle systems. Notable achievements include managing contracts with the Naval Undersea Warfare Center to address DMSMS issues for AAV configurations and leading design efforts on the Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle. Chad's career began as a Mechanical Design Engineer at General Dynamics, where significant contributions were made to the Abrams Tank's mechanical design. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and a Bachelor of Arts in General Science from Morehouse College.
