Nathan Capen

Nathan Capen is a dedicated technical support specialist currently employed at MM Hayes since May 2022. Prior to this, Nathan gained extensive experience at nfrastructure from September 2016 to February 2022, where titles included Microsoft Premier Support Engineer, Microsoft Office 365 Ambassador, Dispatch Coordinator, Operations Analyst, and Service Desk Technician. Nathan also worked as a Service Desk Technician at Pinnacle Recruiting Group, Inc. for a brief period in 2016 and served as an Electronic Sales Associate at Walmart between July 2015 and September 2016. Nathan holds a High School Diploma in Fine/Studio Arts from Schenectady High School, graduating in 2012.
