With a strong background in sales and design, Groth held previous roles as Large Accounts Manager and Vice President of Sales and Design at M&M Office Interiors, Inc. from 2002 to 2013, as well as Market Manager and Applications and Evolving Workstyles Specialist at Herman Miller from 1996 to 2002. Earlier in their career, Groth was the Director of Design at M&M Office Interiors from 1986 to 1996. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1981 and 1985.
