Debbi Garreffa

Debbi began her career in Compliance and HSE management with the Water Corporation in Karratha and worked extensively within the North West Region of the Water Corporation for several years prior to joining MMA Offshore.

During her 19 years at MMA, Debbi has held a number of management and senior management roles across operations, commercial, compliance, project management and HSE. This has involved vessel new-build completions, mobilisations, acquisition integrations, commercial contract and project management and management of all MMA license to operate compliance regimes.

Since 2015, Debbi has been responsible for Corporate and Operational Compliance across the Vessel Services and Subsea Services business units. In January 2022, Debbi was appointed into the newly created position of Executive General Manager – Risk. Debbi’s portfolio includes HSE, Corporate Risk, Compliance and Internal and External audit functions.

Debbi has a Master in Business Administration and is a member of the International Maritime Contractors Association (IMCA) Asia Pacific Regional Committee.
