Muhammad Firdaus Mahmud Roslan is an experienced IT professional with a focus on technical support and systems management. Currently serving as an IT Executive at MMC Oil and Gas Engineering Sdn. Bhd. since October 2012, Muhammad Firdaus has previously worked at VADS Berhad as a 1st Level Support from February 2012 to October 2012 and held a temporary role in technical support at MMC Oil & Gas Engineering Sdn Bhd in late 2011. Responsibilities have included providing technical support for various hardware, maintaining antivirus and desktop management servers, and documenting complaints through weekly reports.
