Ayleen Kaladzhyan

Ayleen Kaladzhyan's work experience begins in 2011 with Total Woman Gym + Spa, where they worked as an Assistant General Manager from October 2011 to March 2012. Ayleen then became the General Manager from March 2012 to August 2015. During their time at Total Woman Gym + Spa, they also held the position of Corporate Sales Training and Development Manager from August 2015 to January 2020.

In 2021, Ayleen joined MMChr as a Business Development Consultant in October, and later transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager in March 2022.

Ayleen Kaladzhyan obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles between 2010 and 2012. Ayleen continued their education at Capella University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2019 to 2022.
