Paul Colestock

Paul Colestock is an experienced professional in the semiconductor and defense sectors, currently serving as the Founder, CTO, and Solutions Architect at Starting Point Silicon. Paul has contributed to the industry through various leadership roles, including Director of ScaleBridge Labs at the Midwest Microelectronics Consortium and Advisor at Silicon Catalyst. With a background that spans over three Specialty Foundries, four EDA companies, and two semiconductor startups, Paul focuses on enhancing technology starting points to deliver high-performance, differentiated products. Paul has also held significant positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Jazz Semiconductor, and other notable companies, and served in the United States Navy as an Advanced Electronics Petty Officer.
