Eric Haglund has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Eric began their career at Ford Motor Company in 1989 and held various managerial roles throughout their tenure. Eric retired from the company as the Ford Pro Specialty Vehicle Sales Manager in November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Fleet Sales & Production Planning Manager and the Sales Vehicle Scheduling Manager. Eric also worked as the Emerging Market Services Distribution Manager, the Smart Order Management / Global Order to Delivery Manager, and the Sales Allocation and Field Order Scheduling Manager. Eric held positions in powertrain production, capacity planning and scheduling manager, vehicle operations production planning manager, and transmission operations production planning & scheduling section supervisor. Additionally, Eric served as the Material Planning and Logistics Manager for Engine Operations and worked in general salary roll positions in the Material Planning & Logistics Office. Eric started their career at the Livonia Transmission Plant as part of the Ford College Graduate Management Training Program. In 2022, Eric joined Driverge Vehicle Innovations as the Director of OEM & Commercial Innovation.

Eric Haglund completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Production Operations Management from Central Michigan University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Eric later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Wayne State University from 1994 to 1997.
