Lauren Matty is an experienced finance and accounting professional with a strong background in managing financial operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Accounting & Human Resources Manager at MMG Financial Advisory since February 2022, Lauren previously held roles including Accounting Manager at Brevard Music Center and Assistant Controller at DREICOR INC, where responsibilities encompassed payroll, cash management, and reconciliations. Notably, during a decade-long tenure at Tesar Industrial Contractors Inc., Lauren directed financial activities and mentored accounting and project management teams. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Branch Manager at Fifth Third Bank, overseeing lending, customer service, and staff management. Lauren holds both an MBA in Finance and a BSBA in Management and Finance from Ashland University.
