Jacinta Seymour

Jacinta Seymour possesses extensive experience in organisational development and employee processes, currently serving as Head of Employee Processes and Reward at MMG Limited since November 2019. Previous roles at MMG Limited include Head of Organisational Development and Talent and Group Manager of Organisational Development and Talent. Prior to this, Jacinta worked at Minera Las Bambas as Manager Development and Training and Group Specialist in Organisational Development. Jacinta's career at MMG Limited began as a Human Resources Co-ordinator, progressing through various roles in organisational development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science (Psychology and Nutrition) with Distinction from Deakin University and a Certificate in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional.
