Allison Worley has over nine years of experience in performance analytics, currently serving as Director of Performance Analytics at MMGY Global since September 2014. Throughout the tenure at MMGY Global, Allison has held multiple roles, including Associate Director and Senior Media Analyst, focusing on developing marketing campaign KPIs, site tagging strategies, and comprehensive client reporting. Earlier experience includes establishing the first analytics position within the Media department and managing client relationships at Columbia Country Club, where Allison also worked as a Server. Allison holds a degree in Journalism with a focus on Strategic Communication and Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia, as well as a degree in Journalism with a specialization in Advertising from Auckland University of Technology.
