Harrison Muchori

Harrison Muchori is an IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and network operations. Currently serving as an IT Support Operations Analyst at Netsmart since February 2022, Harrison is responsible for end user support for hardware and software requests. Prior to this, Harrison worked as an IT Analyst at IQVIA from August 2017 to January 2022, providing first-line technical support for hardware and software issues, utilizing helpdesk software, and maintaining knowledge bases. Harrison also held the position of Network Operations Center Engineer at Sprint, where responsibilities included LAN/WAN design and second-level support for network equipment. Additionally, roles at MidWestern College and Five Quality Inc provided foundational experience in desktop and data entry support.
