Narelle Fox has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Narelle is currently serving as the Group People & HR Director at Emirates Leisure Retail and MMI - Maritime and Mercantile International. Previously, they worked at Emirates Group, where they held various roles including Global Head of HR for dnata Travel Group, Manager Enterprise Effectiveness, Organisational Change Management Lead, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Project Manager for the Finance 2.0 programme, and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to joining Emirates Group, Narelle worked as the Head of Human Resources at London Overground Rail Operations Ltd.

Narelle Fox completed their education in a chronological order. Narelle obtained an Advanced Certificate in Employment Law from CIPD Qualifications between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business degree from Griffith University, specializing in Human Resources and Marketing, from 1995 to 1997. Narelle's educational background began with their attendance at Mabel Park State High School from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained an Accredited Coaching Course certification from Emirates Group in 2019.
