Kate Drake has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the field of medical devices and robotics. Kate has held various leadership roles, including the position of Product Marketing Lead in Medical Microinstruments, Inc., where they are responsible for the US commercialization strategy and the execution of launch plans. Kate works closely with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness and adoption.

Prior to this, Kate worked at Siemens Healthineers as the Global Director of Marketing for Endovascular Robotics. In this role, they developed and executed product marketing and communication strategies, leading to successful product launches and market expansion. Kate also led a team to identify key market insights and develop impactful marketing programs.

Before joining Siemens Healthineers, Kate worked at Corindus Vascular Robotics, where they held multiple positions, including Director of Marketing, Group Product Manager, Product Manager, and Senior Marketing Communications Specialist. As Director of Marketing, they led the global marketing strategy for the CorPath GRX platform and successfully led global product launches. As Group Product Manager, they drove ongoing commercialization efforts and coached and developed their team. As a Product Manager, they led downstream marketing and managed product improvements. And as a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist, they oversaw various aspects of marketing communications strategy and implemented innovative approaches to generate brand awareness.

Prior to their roles at Corindus Vascular Robotics, Kate worked as a Finance & Marketing Associate, overseeing budgets and financial analysis, as well as managing a project to relocate the company to a larger facility.

From 2006 to 2010, Kate Drake attended Boston University. During their time there, they pursued a degree in International Relations and successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in this field.
