Matteo Tanzini started their work experience in 2009 as a System and RAMS Engineer at Intecs. Matteo then worked as a Research Assistant at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna from 2010 to 2012, where they contributed to the Hydronet Project.
In 2012, Tanzini joined QDesign Robotics as a Robotic Engineer for a short period. Matteo then returned to Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, where they worked as a Research Assistant from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they also pursued a PHD in Digital Emerging Technologies, specializing in Mobile Robotics, Human-Robot Interaction, and Control.
Tanzini's most recent role is as a Sr. Software Engineer at MMI Srl since 2016.
Matteo Tanzini completed their education in a chronological manner. Matteo first attended Università di Pisa, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from 2000 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at the same institution from 2005 to 2009. Later on, Matteo Tanzini went on to join Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, where they achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Perceptual Robotics from 2012 to 2016.
