Alicia Heesen

Alicia Heesen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Alicia started their career in 2014 as a Teaching Assistant at The Goddard School. In 2015, they worked as an Operations Summer Intern at Essent Guaranty, Inc., where they updated contact databases and analyzed sales reports. Alicia then joined Pfizer in 2016 as a Global Technical Services Project Associate, supporting the Pfizer China Collective Program. In 2017, Alicia worked as an Analytical Transfer Student Worker for Pfizer, handling document migration and data management for new plant projects in China. From 2018 to the present, they have been working at MMIT (Managed Markets Insight & Technology), starting as a Business Development Representative and progressing to roles such as Account Manager, Sales Associate, and Senior Account Executive. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Strategic Accounts at MMIT. Additionally, Alicia also gained experience as a Catering Assistant at Robert Ryan Catering & Design and as a Sales Associate at Rally House during their career timeline.
