İpek A. has extensive experience in occupational health, safety, and human resources management. Currently serving as Human Resources Senior Manager at MMK Metalurji since November 2017, İpek A. has also held roles as Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Manager and Supervisor within the same company. Prior experience includes working as an Occupational Safety Expert at both Arcelik-LG and MMK Metalurji from February 2010 to November 2017.
