Emanuele Rustichelli

Emanuele Rustichelli is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Investment Associate at MML Capital Partners since October 2022, focusing on mid-market private equity investments. Prior to this role, Emanuele worked at Stephens as a Senior Associate in Investment Banking, where responsibilities spanned generalist M&A advisory. Earlier experience includes multiple positions at Aon, advising clients in the (Re)Insurance and FinTech sectors, and at the London Stock Exchange Group, where execution of buy-side M&A, divestitures, and capital raising took place. Emanuele began the career as a Summer Analyst in Equity Capital Markets at LSEG, conducting research on European private technology companies. Emanuele holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from The University of Manchester.
