Brianna M.

Brianna M. is an accomplished server with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Captain at Sammie’s Italian Restaurant under McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality since July 2021. Prior to this role, Brianna served at Soho House & Co for a brief period and worked at Kobe Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar as both a server and host from October 2018 to June 2021. Additional experience includes a cabana server position at Schlitterbahn Waterparks & Resorts and multiple temporary roles at NEXT Financial Group, Inc. Brianna began their career in retail as a sales associate at Journeys. Academically, Brianna M. holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Texas State University, attended from 2017 to 2021, and is an alumnus of Jersey Village High School, graduating in 2017.
