Richard B. Fell II

Richard B. Fell II has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Richard B. is currently the Director of Operations at McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality since December 2021. Richard B. was previously a General Manager at the same company from January 2021 to August 2022.

Prior to that, Richard was the Director of Operations at Stove & Co. from October 2018 to January 2021. Richard B. also held the position of Director of Operations at ISB Food Group from December 2017 to September 2018, where they oversaw the buildout of a new factory and successfully moved production without delays.

Richard's experience also includes being the General Manager at Mast Brothers Inc. from August 2015 to April 2017, where they oversaw the construction and buildout of the company's West Coast outpost in Los Angeles. Richard B. also worked as a General Manager for STARR Restaurants from June 2013 to February 2015, where they were part of the opening team for a renowned restaurant and co-developed the concept. Additionally, they served as a Floor Manager at STARR Restaurants from September 2012 to May 2013.

Richard B.'searlier roles include working as Front of House at Momofuku from February 2011 to August 2012, where they played key roles in daily operations and creating a memorable client experience.
