Roberto Ainslie has a varied work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Roberto has worked in a variety of roles, starting as a private tutor from 2002 to 2006. Roberto then became an English Teacher at St. Stephen's Episcopal School from 2006 to 2009, where they also took on the role of developing curriculum and establishing partnerships with organizations to provide opportunities for students in need.

Following their teaching career, Ainslie transitioned into the hospitality industry. Roberto worked as a Manager at Second Bar + Kitchen / Congress from 2010 to 2012, and then as a Project Manager at Translation LLC from 2012 to 2013. Roberto continued their hospitality career as a Service Manager at Betony from 2013 to 2014.

Ainslie then joined McGuire Moorman Hospitality as a Manager from 2014 to 2014, before taking on the role of General Manager at Gardner Restaurant from 2014 to 2016. Roberto further advanced their career in the hospitality industry, becoming the General Manager at OLAMAIE, LP from 2016 to 2019.

Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Counseling at St. Edward's University from 2010 to 2011. Apart from these two educational experiences, Roberto also attended The University of Texas at Austin, but it is not specified when or if they obtained a degree or field of study in that institution.
