Jessica J. Cabrera-Márquez

Jessica J. Cabrera-Márquez, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the field of emergency preparedness and continuity planning. Jessica J. has held the role of Business Continuity Director at MMM Holdings LLC since April 2021. Prior to this, they served as Public Health Emergency Preparedness Director at the Puerto Rico Department of Health from November 2006 to May 2021.

Jessica J. Cabrera-Márquez, Ph.D. holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Psychology: Research, Consulting & Teaching from Universidad Albizu. Jessica J. has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) from DRI International, Programa de Nuevos Líderes de MMM from MMM Holdings LLC, and ISO 22301 Lead Implementer from ICOR-The International Consortium for Organizational Resilience, all within the years 2021-2022.
