Nilda Gonzalez

Nilda Gonzalez has over 22 years of work experience. Nilda began their career at Triple-S as a Multinational & Corporate Accounts Manager from 1998 to 2005. In 2005, they joined MMM Holdings LLC as a Sales Director, where they developed group business strategies for Medicare Advantage and achieved over 98% membership retention. From 2007 to 2012, Nilda served as AVP Member Services, focusing on member services and interventions with providers. Nilda then held the position of AVP Five Stars Operation from 2012 to 2016, leading overall company operation initiatives to comply with CMS Stars Rating Program standards and obtaining a 4-star rating, the highest ever granted to an MAPD in Puerto Rico. In 2016, Nilda became Vice President Quality Management and Stars, and in 2020, they were promoted to Corporate Vice President Quality Management and Stars at MMM Holdings LLC.

Nilda Gonzalez received a Master of Public Health - MPH degree in Gerontology from the Universidad de Puerto Rico in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing at the same university from 1990 to 1994. Nilda also obtained additional certifications, including Health Insurance Associate, Certified Healthcare Consultant, Managed Healthcare Professional, and Healthcare Customer Service Associate, from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP).
