Simon Quirk has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 with Kantar TNS. In 2012, they joined Kantar Worldpanel, where they served as the Consumer Insight Director, Strategic Insight Director, and Channels Business Unit Director. In 2019, they moved to Kantar as the Business Unit Director for New Verticals. Currently, they are the Head of Research at MMR Research's Oxford Office since 2022.

Simon Quirk attended Maidstone Grammar School from 1994 to 1999. Simon then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Loughborough University from 1999 to 2002.
