Smrutimalhar Mahapatro is a Research Associate at MMR Research since September 2022, with previous experience as an Associate at Amazon Development Centre (India) Private Limited from April 2022 to September 2022, where responsibilities included problem escalation, performance metric analysis, and process optimization.
