Taylor Schad serves as the Senior Research Manager for US Sensory Qual at MMR Research since May 2022, leading consumer research projects for over half of the top 100 global food and drink brands. With a focus on applying proprietary Sensory Qualitative methodologies, Taylor supports clients in developing product briefs and understanding sensory characteristics throughout the consumption journey. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Scientist II and I in Confectionary Product Development at Mondelēz International, along with relevant internships and a peer instructor position during undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, where Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science in 2019.
