Shelia Carter

Shelia Carter has been working in property management since 2002. At MMS Group, Shelia serves as a Leasing Analyst, traveling to various states for site file audits. Previously at Horning Brothers Property Management, Shelia managed operations for a 100-unit apartment complex as a Community Manager for 18 years. Shelia also handled human resources actions, legal filings, and court appearances for the company. Shelia attended Oxon Hill High from 1986 to 1990.
