Kelly Vaillant

Kelly Vaillant has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kelly is currently working as the Global Head (Sr. Director) of the Center of Excellence & Innovation at MMS, where they focus on delivering exceptional technology-enabled services and solutions. Kelly also leads corporate innovation and development, ensuring operational excellence across all service and functional areas.

Prior to their current role, they worked as the Director of Global Transparency Strategy & Compliance at MMS and as the Managing Expert of the Clinical Center of Excellence at YourEncore.

Kelly also has significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at companies such as Gilead Sciences, Ambit Biosciences, Novartis (Oncology Division), and Amgen. Their roles in these companies included Global Head of Clinical Trial Disclosure & Transparency, Senior Director of Clinical Operations and Data Management, and Executive Director of Clinical Data Management.

Before joining the pharmaceutical industry, Kelly worked as the President and Founder of Vaillant Consulting LLC, where they provided industry-leading clinical development services focused on clinical operations and data management.

Earlier in their career, they held positions at Pharmacia and Vujaklia (CRO), where they served as the Director of Clinical Data Management and Vice President of Clinical Data Management & Technology, respectively.

Kelly Vaillant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in NeuroPsychology from the University of Alberta. Kelly also completed Executive Development Leadership Training at Amgen. In addition, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Amgen in 2006.
