Zannah Ingraham has extensive experience in client services and digital management, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at MMT Digital since January 2014, where roles have included Head of Client Service Delivery and Client Services Director. Academic qualifications include an MA in Journalism from Leeds Trinity University, a PG Dip in NCTJ Accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Periodical Journalism from Liverpool Community College, and a BA (Hons) in Media and Cultural Studies from Liverpool John Moores University.
