Prior to this, Arabinda held the position of Senior Manager and Marketing Manager at MMTC Limited from 1996 to 2005 and worked as Deputy Marketing Manager at STC of India Limited from 1993 to 1996. Educational qualifications include a B Tech (Hons.) in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and further studies at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
