Rajendra Venturi is an experienced estate manager with a strong background in construction management. Currently serving as the Estate Manager at MMTC Limited since September 2016, Rajendra oversees the Residential Township in South Delhi and has successfully managed significant repair and renovation projects. Prior experience includes serving as an Engineer at WAPCOS Limited, where Rajendra was responsible for the construction of the Porbandar fishing harbor, focusing on project planning and monitoring. As Chief Manager of Projects at Developer Group India, Rajendra handled project planning and scheduling for significant construction projects in Chennai and Visakhapatnam. Rajendra began the career at Bharti Realty as an Assistant Manager in Projects, emphasizing design coordination and budget management. Rajendra holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Construction Management from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
