Swati Pandey

Swati Pandey is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Senior Executive Human Resources at MMTC-PAMP India Private Limited since October 2021, Swati previously worked at Rane NSK Steering Systems Limited as a Human Resources Executive, where responsibilities included hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar positions and managing audits for various standards such as VSA-MSIL and IATF. Earlier experience includes an internship at MAGNETI MARELLI POWERTRAIN INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and another internship at MMTC-PAMP. Swati holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH and a degree in Biotechnology and Chemistry from Sri Agrasen Kanya P.G. College in Varanasi.
