Jim Meehan is currently the Director of Operations for MN Builders in the Tahoe Region, where Jim is committed to turning bold visions into well-crafted, long-lasting homes and spaces. With a background in product and solutions engineering, as well as experience as a founder and CEO in the tech industry, Jim brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current role. Jim holds a BS in Computer Science from Northwestern University.

For more than 40 years, MN Builders has provided high-end construction and building services for clients in the Bay Area. We are a full-service, full-spectrum General Contracting company with a large precision state-of-the-art cabinet shop. The company is well known for its commitment to using sustainable building materials and educating other builders on the benefits of green building. MN’s cabinet and mill-working shop is solar-powered. MN employs 30 people in its mill-working shop and offices and 55 employees in the construction end of the business. We are a sponsor of numerous community agencies including the Children's Support League, the Oakland Children's Hospital, and the Bay Area Children's Theatre.
