Rubya K.

Rubya K. is a Learning and Development Coordinator at MN Custom Homes since December 2021, with prior experience as an Organization Development Program Assistant at Fred Hutch from November 2018 to June 2020. Rubya has facilitated webinars and managed data analysis, demonstrating expertise in virtual platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams. Previous roles include Training Program Assistant II, where responsibilities involved coordinating new employee orientations and managing Learning Management Systems, as well as teaching English at Gyeongsang National University and Hanwha Galleria Cultural Center.
