Paul van Den Bold

Paul van den Bold has extensive experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as Information Technology Process Manager at MN since April 2003. Responsibilities include developing operational ITIL processes, managing staff in process execution, and reporting on key performance indicators related to incident and problem processes.
