Marcos Mora

Marcos Mora has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marcos started at General Motors Venezolana in 1997 as a Production Supervisor before moving on to become a Sr. Quality Engineer. Later, they joined General Motors in 2000, where they held roles as Sr. Manufacturing Engineer and Sr. Manufacturing Project Engineer. In 2010, Marcos transitioned to NextEra Energy, Inc., where they served in various roles, such as Lead Quality & Process Project Manager, Manager of Corporate Operational Excellence, Director of Development, and ultimately, Executive Director of Development. Most recently, in 2023, Marcos joined MN8 Energy as the VP of Operational Excellence. Throughout their career, Marcos has showcased expertise in leadership, quality improvement, project management, and operational excellence.

Marcos Mora obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Carabobo in 1997. Marcos later pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Management at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, completing it in 2008. In 2015, Marcos obtained certifications in Project Management Professional and Change Leader from respective institutions. Marcos also holds certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, although the specific year of obtaining these certifications is not provided.
