Grace Claudia has a robust background in human resources and organization development, currently serving as the Hiring & OD Head at MNCTV since October 2021. Prior to this role, Grace held the position of HR Recruitment Department Head at PT. MNC Sky Vision, Tbk from July 2012 to October 2021, where responsibilities included staffing and organization development, strategic recruitment, and manpower planning. Grace's earlier experience encompasses serving as HR Department Head at PT BII Finance from October 2011 to June 2012, focusing on recruitment strategy, organizational development, and payroll, as well as a Senior Recruitment & Selection role at PT Verena Multi Finance, Tbk from 2007 to 2011. Grace began the career as a teacher at Pelangi Kasih School from January 2004 to January 2007. Grace holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Tarumanagara, completed in 2007.
