Craig Kitching

Craig Kitching currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association since September 2021, previously holding positions as People Development Lead and Learning and Development Consultant at the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Partnerships Officer for East Midlands at Sports Leaders UK, facilitating educational providers in delivering leadership qualifications and soft skills from August 2017 to September 2021. Craig's earlier roles encompass serving as an FE Lecturer of Sports Studies and Course Manager for Outdoor Adventure at Moulton College, as well as an Outdoor Education Instructor at Caroline Chisholm School, where responsibilities included implementing outdoor learning strategies and managing educational offsite visits. A background as an Operations Coordinator at Class Adventure involved organizing tailored outdoor programs and recruiting and training staff. Craig holds a BA (Hons) in Outdoor Education from the University of Cumbria.
