Xavier Gallot-Lavallée is the Founder and Chairman of MND, a French industrial group specializing in cable mobility, snow systems, mountain safety, and recreational infrastructure, serving over 3000 clients across 49 countries since December 1999. From 2011 to 2020, Xavier served as a consular member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Territorial of Savoie, providing advice to support economic development. Additionally, Xavier was a member of the French Foreign Trade Advisors from October 2016 to October 2019 and held the position of President at Cluster Montagne from December 2011 to June 2018, promoting sustainable mountain tourism. Xavier's experience also includes serving as a Banque de France advisor from 2012 to March 2018 and as Vice-President of Réseau Entreprendre from April 2011 to March 2017, facilitating support for new entrepreneurs. Currently, Xavier is pursuing education at the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN) from September 2023 to June 2024.
