Carmen Lozano

Carmen Lozano possesses extensive experience in the field of legal and technological consultancy, specifically focusing on process optimization and quality assurance within the Spanish Ministry of Justice. Currently employed at Mnemo since May 2018 as a Consultor Eficiencia y Calidad, Carmen's responsibilities include process analysis, service improvement, reporting, and the implementation of self-service tools. Previous roles include Analyst Functional positions at QuEST Global and Bahia Software, where Carmen contributed to the development of judicial management systems. Earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant role at Capgemini Consulting, as well as various consultancy positions at Sadiel, specializing in procedural management applications for the Fiscalía and judicial support. Carmen holds a Licenciatura en Derecho from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
