Chief People Officer at Mnet Health Services

Devona Haslam has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2002. Devona began their career as Director of HR for the West Region at U.S. Cellular in 2002. In 2004, they took on a Senior Consultant role at Persimmon Group and a Principal Consultant role at HR Rx. In 2006, they became Director of Human Relations at Mazzio's LLC, where they introduced a HR Business Partner and HR as Consultant model. In 2011, they were promoted to Vice President of Administration & Human Resources at Mazzio's, where they consulted with leadership to manage change and modernize people practices. In 2018, they took a sabbatical before joining Linde Engineering Americas in 2019 as Director of Human Resources & HR Business Partner. Her primary purpose in this role was to support the integration of Engineering Americas people practices. In 2021, they became Chief People Officer at One Mnet Health, and in 2022, they will take on an Adjunct Instructor role at the University of Oklahoma.

Devona Haslam has a M.Ed. from the University of Oklahoma in Academic Leadership and Instructional Design and a BA from North Central College in English/Writing & History. Devona also holds certifications from US Cellular, Prichett & Associates, PSI Services LLC, NTL Institute, Lominger International, The Myers & Briggs Foundation, Marsh, HRCI, and BlessingWhite, a division of GP Strategies. Additionally, they hold Secondary Education Teaching Certificates in Oklahoma, Illinois and Georgia (lapsed) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
