Ellyn Nardone

Ellyn Nardone has extensive experience in software product development, UI design, business analysis, automated and manual testing, release management, end user documentation and end user training. Ellyn began their career in 1984 as a System Software Developer at Savage Rating Systems, where they developed automated insurance rating solutions for the commercial automobile insurance market. Ellyn then moved to Celtic Life Insurance Co. as a Programmer Analyst in 1987. In 1988, they became the User Services Manager at Moore Medical Corporation, where they were a Systems Analyst and Software Developer in the inventory control department. In 1991, they joined Structured Computer Systems as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst and was the GUI project team lead. From 1996 to 2004, they worked at MassMutual Life Insurance Company as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, where they were the project leader for a group of automated QA testing staff. Ellyn then moved to Hartford Life Insurance as an IT Business Analyst, where they met with stakeholders, business leaders, and IT staff to collect and document business requirements, define project scope and budget, and deliver product updates to the business community. Since 2000, they have been the Director of Quality Management at One Mnet Health, leading a team of software quality analysts.

Ellyn Nardone has a BS in Education from Central Connecticut State University and a Business Computer Programming certification from Computer Processing Institute. Ellyn also has a Teaching Certificate K - 8 from the State of Connecticut.
