Esen Tahtasakal

Esen Tahtasakal currently serves as the Employee Relations Manager at DHL eCommerce Türkiye since May 2025. Prior to this role, Esen Tahtasakal accumulated extensive experience at MNG Kargo from September 2017, holding various positions including Human Resources Manager, Recruitment Manager, Assistant Regional Manager of Human Resources, and Human Resources Specialist. Esen Tahtasakal holds a Master’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, along with Sociology and Psychology of Work, from Sivas Cumhuriyet University, earned between 2014 and 2017. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations was obtained from the same institution from 2009 to 2013.
