JaNelle Gorg has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. JaNelle began their career as a Health Educator at Andrew Residence in 2000. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Registered Nurse at Regions Hospital. JaNelle then joined MNGI Digestive Health in 2005 and held various roles such as Endoscopy Nurse Manager, Staff Educator, and Quality/Risk Management Advisor. In 2014, they became the Quality/Risk Management Department Manager and later was promoted to Director of Quality & Risk Management in August 2020.
JaNelle Gorg earned their Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from St. Catherine University, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. In September 1999, they obtained their certification as a Registered Nurse from the MN Board of Nursing. In May 2014, they became a Certified Gastroenterology Registered Nurse (CGRN) through the American Board of Certification for Gastroenterology Nurses (ABCGN). In May 2016, JaNelle obtained their Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification from the American Society for Health Care Risk Management (ASHRM). Most recently, in January 2022, they obtained their Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).

MNGI Digestive Health (previously Minnesota Gastroenterology, P.A.) is a Twin Cities-based physician practice specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of adult and pediatric digestive system disorders. All of our doctors are board-certified or eligible gastroenterologists, who have completed two to three years of GI training in addition to an internal medicine or pediatric residency. Our gastroenterologists have expertise in virtually all aspects of adult and pediatric disorders of the digestive system. MNGI Digestive Health (MNGI) currently owns and operates several outpatient clinics and endoscopy centers located in: Bloomington, Chanhassen, Coon Rapids, Eagan, Maplewood, NE Minneapolis, Plymouth, St. Paul, and Woodbury; with a corporate office located in NE Minneapolis.
