Demetrius Williams

Demetrius Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Demetrius currently works at MNJ Technologies as a Network Engineer, where they are responsible for various tasks such as engineering, configuration, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of technologies. Demetrius also provides technical support to customers and resolves any anomalies that may arise. Prior to this, Demetrius held the position of Configuration Center Supervisor at MNJ Technologies, where they established and maintained a build center for customers, managed a team, and ensured quality processes were followed. Before joining MNJ Technologies, Demetrius worked at MB Financial Bank as an IT Operations Supervisor and later as an IT Senior Operations Administrator. In these roles, they supervised IT operations personnel, monitored bank infrastructure, and resolved system errors and malfunctions. Prior to MB Financial Bank, Demetrius worked at Cole Taylor Bank (now MB Financial), where they held the role of IT Network Support Administrator and later as a Senior Item Processor. In these positions, they provided IT support and troubleshooting, ensured the completion of internal projects, and delivered quality customer service.

Demetrius Williams attended Computer Systems Institute from 2010 to 2011, where they studied networking. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Rich South from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, Demetrius has obtained several certifications, including the Cohesity Technical Sales Associate certification from Cohesity in October 2022, the Engineering Cisco Meraki Solutions Part 1 and Part 2 certifications from Cisco Meraki in July 2022, the Silver Peak EdgeConnect Sales Expert, Accredited certification from Silver Peak in July 2022, the Aruba Accredited SD-WAN Expert certification from Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company in July 2022, the Silver Peak EdgeConnect Sales Professional, Accredited certification from Silver Peak in July 2022, the Silver Peak SDWAN Expert Certification from Silver Peak in July 2022, the Silver Peak SDWAN Professional certification from Silver Peak in June 2022, and the Silver Peak EdgeConnect Solution Sales Professional, Accredited certification from Silver Peak in May 2022.
