Kristy Malatia

Kristy Malatia is MNJ’s senior director of human resources. She is responsible for talent acquisition, employee development, and career growth, as well as implementing employee recognition programs designed to boost employee success. Kristy is a thought leader on the future of work. She has been with MNJ for over 13 years.

Prior to joining MNJ, Kristy served as director of human resources at Brentwood North Healthcare.

Kristy holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western Michigan University.
