Pam Baly

As Controller, Pam is responsible for the internal financials, ensuring their reports are accurate and efficient, while following updated tax laws and guidelines. She also supports all other functions of the finance team to best drive internal processes forward.

Prior to coming to MNJ in 2021, Pam developed an extensive background as a senior finance leader with a variety of companies, including Arther J. Gallagher, Walgreens, and Baxter. She has over 25 years of accounting experience and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
