Paula Tognetti

Paula Tognetti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Paula began their career at Design Systems, Inc. in 1993 as a Project Engineer, where they worked until 1998. Paula then joined ITW, where they held various positions over a span of almost two decades. Starting as a Project Engineer-GM Truck Account, they progressed to Account Manager-GM Account, Global Sales & Engineering Manager, and Global Business Development Manager. In their most recent position at ITW, they served as Director of Sales & Engineering, responsible for leading and developing strategy for ITW's Metal Fastener Division. Paula also worked globally to design and execute penetration strategies with counterparts in Europe, China, Japan, and North America. In 2017, Paula joined MNP Corporation as Director of Sales and later became the Vice President of Sales in 2019.

Paula Tognetti completed their undergraduate education at Kettering University from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, they pursued their MBA at Wayne State University between 1999 and 2002, specializing in Business. Additionally, they obtained an Executive MBA from Wayne State University, although the specific dates of this program are unknown.
