Charles (Chuck) Emond, BCS, is a Partner with MNP’s Consulting group in the Toronto office. Chuck leads the Toronto team in delivering MNP Digital services to both public and private sector clients across North America.

Chuck has strong technology partner relationships and extensive experience working on complex business, information management and information technology challenges. His clients include organizations in the public sector and in financial services, telecommunications, technology, health, manufacturing, consumer business, real estate, professional services and tourism industries. In addition, Chuck and his team help with risk management and privacy, business transformation, information technology, client relationship management, digital integration, data dynamics, and enterprise content management.

Chuck is known for his ability to understand complex business challenges and successfully implement pointed “customer-off-the-shelf” business enterprise solutions. He has more than 30 years of experience managing information technology with most of these years dedicated to implementing enterprise and midmarket business solutions such as Siebel, Onyx, MS Dynamics CRM, D365, Salesforce.com and Epicor Clientele. These implementations have spanned the telecom, software, health, not-for-profit, government, manufacturing, gaming, printing, utilities, financial and service sectors.

In addition to having a Bachelor in Computer Science (BCS), Chuck has been a part-time teacher of Customer Relationship Management Marketing at the University of Ottawa.
